By combining their two most popular rugs into one covetable piece, England-based designers Brendan Young and Vanessa Battaglia have created an object that feels antique (in its Persian-inspired pattern) and industrial (in its unexpected mock-cowhide skin) at the same time. The rug design is digitally printed on to a special non-allergenic and washable fabric that resembles a cowhide, before the carpet is cut to shape.
