Romeo Beckham, 10, appears in Burberry's spring campaign alongside Edie Campbell and Cara Delevingne.

The 10-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham made his modeling debut this week for Burberry, the famed British label known for its trench coats lined with a distinctive plaid pattern. Romeo isn’t the first celebrity child to model, but his turn is notable because he has two famous parents who have starred in ads themselves. Earlier this year, a barely-dressed David fronted a campaign for H&M, while Victoria previously posed for a Marc Jacobs in 2008. In 2009, mom and dad were photographed together in lingerie for Emporio Armani’s underwear campaign.

Romeo’s Burberry campaign is the latest in a growing trend of fashion campaigns fronted by celebrity children. Here are three of our favorites from the last few years.

Georgia May Jagger and Jerry Hall

The 20-year-old daughter of rocker Mick Jagger and supermodel Jerry Hall has been the face of brands like Hudson Jeans, Rimmel and Material Girl, the teen clothing line Madonna designs with her daughter, Lourdes Ciccone.

Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford

Cindy Crawford appeared in several campaigns for Versace in the ’80s and ’90s, so it seemed only fitting that her daughter, Kaia, would make her modeling debut this year as the star of Donatella Versace’s children’s collection, Young Versace. But the gig was short-lived: Crawford later told the Daily Front Row, “At this point, she’s too young to pursue a career. There aren’t even a handful of jobs for a 10-year-old girl.”

Anna Nicole Smith and Dannielynn Birkhead

Last month, 6-year-old Dannielynn Birkhead paid tribute to her late mother, Anna Nicole Smith, in a campaign for Guess Kids. One black-and-white photograph in particular was particularly reminiscent of the advertisements that helped the busty Smith become a household name.
