She favors long dresses in neutral colors and basic silhouettes that lack any sort of embellishments or flash. So it was completely unsurprising (and totally disappointing) when Jolie arrived at the Academy Awards in February wearing yet another beautiful, albeit boring, black dress. At least this one, designed by Atelier Versace, came with a slit that Jolie took full advantage of.
