One of the most anticipated designers to show this season, Marc Jacobs sent his models down the runway at precisely 8 p.m. E.T. in front of a packed house. The show was paired down to the minimum this season, contrasting with fall’s extravagant outing which involved an elaborate castle set. The collection as a whole was very ’60s, from the striped suiting options at the beginning to the graphic long dresses and jumpsuits at the end. Our favorite was the closing look: a short sleeved black-and-white checkerboard dress with sheer panels that glittered fantastically under the photographer’s flashing lightbulbs.
