Talk about an exclusive resort. The Utter Inn (utter is Swedish for otter), anchored in the middle of a lake, only has two single beds. It takes a 10-minute boat ride to arrive at your room, which measures 25 square meters, with one room above water and another underwater. It was started as a creative project by artist Mikael Genberg, but guests couldn’t get enough of the picture-window views of the lake’s full-time residents.
