After a transatlantic version debuted in New York City in May, Frieze Art Fair returns to its hometown of London Oct. 11—14, with nearly 170 exhibitors from 34 countries gathering in Regent’s Park. Now in its 10th edition, Frieze is known for its global reach on contemporary art and its eye for emerging galleries (like Mumbai’s Project 88). This year sees the addition of a new fair, Frieze Masters, curating work made before 2000 from more than 90 galleries as well as artists’ talks on how historical pieces and antiques have influenced their present-day work. friezelondon.com
