Last week, Veuve Clicquot and French food company Le Fooding returned to New York for the fourth year in a row to present Le Clicquot Brooklyn Tour. The four-day dinner series partnered powerhouse chefs from some of Brooklyn’s most beloved restaurants—including Vinegar Hill House and Isa—alongside notable chefs from around the world to create a menu of dishes that were served with the iconic yellow-labeled champagne.
